These terms apply to quotes and work carried out by Redland Roofing Services Ltd, based in Gloucester, United Kingdom.

Surveys and quotes

Surveys and quotes are free. Quotes are fixed price for the work described in the quote. We do not charge by the hour. If you ask for additional work not included in the quote, we will agree a price with you before carrying it out.

Deposits

A deposit may be required on larger jobs and will be stated on your quote. No deposit is required for repairs.

Guarantees

• New pitched roofs: 25-year guarantee.
• New flat roofs: 15-year system and workmanship guarantee.
• Repairs: the guarantee is assessed and confirmed during the site visit.

Guarantee details for your job will be confirmed in writing.

Working hours

Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Emergency repairs are available up to around 7pm. We do not offer a 24-hour service.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
